The Declaration prior to hiring (DPH) must be made to social protection organizations, at the earliest 8 days before hiring (and before the employee is actually put to work). Employers whose staff are covered by the general social security scheme or the agricultural scheme and who have made more than 50 declarations during the year must send the DPAE electronically.
