Means
The online buyer, as every consumer of remote-sale, has a right to withdraw within 14 days from the next day he/she enters in possession of the good or accepts a service offer, without justification, nor payment of penalties from him/her. The buyer cannot however be indebted from return expenses.

This right to withdraw also applies to the settled, second-hand products or in destocking.

Exclusion
The right to withdraw cannot be exercised for contracts:
  1. Of supply of services completely executed before the end of the cooling-off period and the execution of which began after express preliminary agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of its right to withdraw;
  2. Of supply of the goods or the services the price of which depends on fluctuations on the financial market escaping the control of the professional and susceptible to occur during the cooling-off period;
  3. Of supply of the goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized;
