Exclusion
The employer can issue an exemption from membership in the company mutual insurance company to employees, in particular:
  • on a fixed-term employment contract (CDD) of less than 3 months;
  • on an assignment contract of less than 3 months (temporary workers);
  • part-time (up to 15 hours per week).
