The establishment of internal rules of procedure is mandatory in companies or establishments usually employing at least 50 employees.
The rules of procedure is a written document by which the employer sets exclusively:
The enforcement of health and safety regulations in the company or establishment;
The conditions under which employees may be required to participate, at the request of the employer, in the restoration of working conditions that protect the health and safety of employees, as soon as they appear to be in jeopardy;
