  • Damage caused:
    • To the spouses, ascendants and descendants of the insured;
    • To its partners in the exercise of a common professional activity;
    • To its employees and agents in the exercise of their functions;
    • When the insured is a legal person, its chairmen, directors, general managers and managers as well as their spouses, ascendants and descendants.
