To practice in France, on a permanent basis, the activity of confectioner-ice cream maker, the professional from the EU or the EEA must meet one of the following conditions:

  • have the same professional qualifications as those required for a French person;
  • hold a certificate of competence or a training certificate required for the exercise of the activity in a State of the EU or the EEA when this State regulates the access or the exercise of this activity on its territory;
