Presentation
A foodstuff can be marketed only if it is accompanied with a mention which allows to identify the lot with which it belongs. We understand by "lot" a set of foodstuff sale units which were produced, made or packaged in practically identical circumstances.

The lot is determined by the producer, the manufacturer or the conditioner of the foodstuff, or by the first seller established inside the European Union....Log in to see the rest ...





Exclusion
The following foodstuffs shall be exempted from the statement identifying the lot/batch:
  • 1) The agricultural products which at the beginning of the farm exploitation are:
