In buildings hosting public receiving establishments (ERP), an Energy Performance Diagnosis (EPD) must be visible to the public near the main entrance or reception point:

  • if their area exceeds 500 m²,
  • if the buildings are occupied by the services of a public body, as soon as their surface area exceeds 250 m².
