The temperatures of products of animal origin and foodstuffs containing them must comply at all points of the product with the temperatures defined in the table below.
However, for prepackaged products of animal origin and foodstuffs containing them, a different temperature may be set by their conditioner, subject to not exceeding that set by Regulation (EC) n ° 853/2004 [temperatures not exceeding -18 ° C or 2 ° C for minced meat and frozen meat preparations, 3 ° C for offal, 4 ° C for poultry and meat preparations and 7 ° C for other meats].
