Authorization holders shall also ensure that the labeling does not mislead as to the risk that the product poses for human health, animal health or the environment or as to its effectiveness and, in any event does not include the words "low-risk biocidal product", "non-toxic", "does not harm health", "natural", "environment-friendly", "animal-friendly", or any another similar indication.
The label of a biocidal product placed on the market includes the following information:
- Identification of the product and the substances it contains;
- Instructions for use, storage, transportation and disposal.
The label of a biocidal product must bear legibly and indelibly the following indications written in French:
- a) The identity of any biocidal active substance contained in the product and its concentration in metric units;
