1. The provisions of Section I [
meat from domestic ungulates] apply to the production and placing on the market of meat from even-toed farmed game mammals (Crevice and Suede), unless the competent authority considers them inappropriate.
2. The provisions of Section II [
meat from poultry and lagomorphs] apply to the production and placing on the market of meat from ratites. However, those of Section I apply where the competent authority considers them appropriate. Appropriate facilities must be provided, adapted to the size of the animals.
