Any architect, natural or legal person, whose liability may be engaged by reason of the acts he performs in a professional capacity or the acts of his employees, must be covered by insurance. Each year, any person subject to this obligation produces an insurance certificate for the current year to the regional council of the order of architects to which it relates.
