Herbal smoking products other than tobacco are defined as products made from plants, aromatic plants or fruits, which do not contain tobacco and which can be consumed by means of a combustion process.

The labeling of packaging units, any outer packaging as well as the herbal product to be smoked other than tobacco itself may not include any element or device (1) which:
